This 4,000 sqft liaison office at Matrix One in Westlands, Nairobi, represents a critical healthcare infrastructure milestone - establishing the hospital’s first telemedicine hub in the region and creating a sophisticated operational bridge between their main facilities and the growing East African market.
Designed specifically to support cutting-edge telemedicine capabilities, the space integrates advanced telecommunications infrastructure, secure data connectivity, and purpose-built consultation suites that enable real-time medical consultations between Nairobi-based patients and American Hospital’s specialist physicians.
The facility balances clinical functionality with professional office environments, creating spaces where medical coordination, administrative operations, and patient-facing services converge seamlessly.
